The conference will be hosted by the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. The local organizer of the conference is the Institute of the Information Society (Moscow, Russian Federation).

Attention! To enter the territory of the Academy of National Economy you need to pass the gatehouse. You need to bring passport, which you will be asked to show. This is necessary for confirmation that your surname is in the list of conference participants. Please note that only registered participants will be allowed to the territory of the Academy of National Economy.
How to get to the Academy:
By public transport:
Metro station “Yugo-Zapadnaya”, last coach from centre. Exit from the metro to the left and out to the street using the right stairs. Main orientation point is the blue glass crystal-shaped building, which you should bypass from the right side.Right after the glass building you will find the gatehouse of the Academy of National Economy (5-10 minutes on foot from the metro).
The participants that booked a room at the Hotel of the Academy of National Economy should get a pass for free entry to the Academy territory at the gatehouse. The Academy hotel is to the right of the educational building of the Academy.
To register document necessary for foreign citizens’ stay on the Russian territory, all participants staying at the Academy hotel will need to represent copies of passports, tickets and migration cards issued at the airport, at the first day of the conference. The participants that booked rooms at the Central Tourist House Hotel, can take 3 ways to the conference site:
1. By public transport:
Exit the hotel to the Leninsky prospect, turn to the right till the crossroad with the street of 26 Bakinskih Komissara. Turn to the right, and at the bus stop take trolley bus 62 or 84. Proceed until you reach the “Yugo-Zapadnaya” metro station. Main orienting point is the blue glass crystal-shaped building that you bypass from the right side.
Right after the glass building you will find the gatehouse of the Academy of National Economy (5-10 minutes on foot).
2. On foot
You can reach the Academy of national economy on foot. You need to go along the street of 26 Bakinskih Komissara until the crossroad with the Vernadsky prospect (please see the map). Then take the underground walkway under the street. The main orienting point is the blue glass crystal-shaped building that you bypass from the right side.
Right after the glass building you will find the gatehouse of the Academy of National Economy. 20-30 minutes on foot.
3. By taxi
You can book a taxi from the hotel. You will need to tell the address: Vernadskogo prospect 82.
